Meet Justin and Jenny Parker, the thirteen-year old crime-solving "Parker Twins". The Parkers live in Seattle, WA, but Justin and Jenny are always up for an adventure and never pass up an opportunity to travel and explore different countries around the world.  Their adventures allow them to explore new cultures and gives them an opportunity to get to know people from very different backgrounds.

Wherever they go, whether it’s on an excursion to the Inca ruins in Bolivia or a road trip to a Native American reservation in Montana, Justin and Jenny have a keen eye for spotting illicit activities. They learn quickly that just having a hunch or a “feeling” about someone committing a criminal offence is not enough. They have to find proof which often leads them into very dangerous situations. Their faith in God gives them the courage and strength they need to do the right thing even though their lives are often at risk.

In the first storyline, Cave of the Inca Re, Justin and Jenny find themselves exploring ancient Inca ruins and making new friends in the Bolivian Andes. Sounds like an awesome summer adventure for thirteen-year-old twins but when they stumble into an antiquities smuggling operation, they find themselves running for their lives. Caught between imminent death and the one place no sane person would choose to enter, the Cave of the Inca Re, they chose the cave.

In the pilot episode, Justin and Jenny Parker’s lives are changed forever. A simple trip to Bolivia with their uncle was intended to be fun for them and a little educational at the same time. This adventure is set against the background of the Bolivian highlands, including the capital city La Paz, Lake Titicaca, the Island of the Sun, and the ruins of Tiawanaku. Excited about trying different foods and learning about diverse cultures, the twins never expected to be dropped right in the middle of an international smuggling mystery.

Justin and Jenny Parker accompany their Uncle Pete, an oil executive, to Bolivia’s capital La Paz on a combination business trip/family vacation, but an odd incident while clearing customs introduces them to a strange pair of archeologists, Short and Skinner. An exploration of the 4000+ years-old ruins of Tiawanaku introduces Justin and Jenny to the legend of the infamous Cave of the Inca Re but also leads them to a confrontation with Short and Skinner. Convinced that Short and Skinner are antiquities smugglers,

Justin and Jenny follow clues to the Island of the Sun, the rumored birthplace of Inca deities in Lake Titicaca. But when their curiosity places their lives at risk, they are forced to run for their lives among the moon-lit monoliths and stone walls of Tiawanaku, only to find themselves caught between imminent death and the one place no sane person would choose to enter—the Cave of the Inca Re.
