About TCF4 Productions

TCF4 Productions is a Canadian-based production company located in Okotoks, Alberta. It was founded by husband-and-wife team, Bill and Jacqueline Clements, in 2012. With Jacqueline’s experience in acting and a passionate desire to give people’s stories center stage, she and her husband shaped the vision of uniting message and media which led them to launch their own production company. Their tagline - Purpose Driven. Life Inspired - is at the core of their desire to produce wholesome entertainment for the whole family.

At TCF4 Productions we believe that life is so much more than making money or making a name for yourself; it is about making a difference. TCF4 Productions is dedicated to encouraging others to make a difference whether in word or deed, starting right where they are at.

Even if you take away the lights, the cameras, and all the action, at the core of who Bill and Jacqueline and their production company are, they genuinely want to inspire and encourage people of all ages that it is not too early or too late to start “changing the small corner of the world” you find yourself in.

Jacqueline Clements

As TCF4 Productions Co-founder, Jacqueline is highly committed to putting people first on all projects. She has assembled an experienced team with the TCF4 vision which is: Purpose Driven - Life Inspired.

Jacqueline is an actor, television host and producer. Her work includes host of Legacy Makers with Jacqueline & Darrel, In the Jumpseat with Jacqueline, Grandma's Goodies with Jacqueline, Bolivia: Treasures Within, and co-producer of Wheel Sharks, a television reality series. Jacqueline has also co-hosted a radio show called Stories of Hope and co-hosted and produced a podcast show called Only We Matter.

Jacqueline has a substantial and consistent following on social media and maintains an influential presence on the different platforms.

Co-founder & Executive Producer

Bill Clements

As TCF4 Productions Co-Founder, Bill has an entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic which adds strong stability to each project. Bill has done commercials, print and voice-over work and, although no stranger to the camera, he prefers to be off camera making sure that productions run smoothly and on budget.

Bill is Executive Producer and Director of Legacy Makers with Jacqueline Darrel, In the Jumpseat with Jacqueline, and Grandma's Goodies with Jacqueline as well as Executive Producer of Bolivia: Treasures Within, and Co-Producer and Director of Wheel Sharks.

As co-owner of a software company, Bill thrives on the challenge of understanding technology with the goal of being able to assist others in the application of the right technology to meet their specific needs.
